Setting and Debugging of automatic fire alarm system

1.Encode the installed detector, manual alarm button and various modules (input and output modules) according to the system design drawing. If there is no codes of detector and various modules on the drawing, the debugging personnel should cooperate with the construction party to mark the actual address codes of detector and various modules accurately on the drawing.
2.Create the address code table according to the code of the signal line, the controller corresponding loop, detector and the various modules. Then program the system according to address code table and system fire equipment control requirements of display information, system information, linkage requirement.
General requirement for linkage programming is as follows:
(1)Fire hydrant system: Fire hydrant manual alarm button action starts the control alarm or the output module of audible and visual alarms of this floor or upper and lower floors to switch on the alarm or audible and visual alarms.
(2)Automatic sprinkler system: the action signal of water flow indicator starts the alarm of this level or the output module of the acousto-optic alarm to switch on the alarm or the acousto-optic alarm.The pressure switch action signal starts the spray pump.Or water flow indicator action signal to start spray pump.Or water flow indicator action signal and pressure switch action signal combined start spray pump.(Specific linkage requirements are determined according to local conditions)
(3)Positive pressure air supply system: The linkage of the mechanical positive pressure air supply system is as follows: the detector alarm signal or the manual alarm button alarm signal opens the positive pressure air supply port.The opening quantity of the positive pressure air supply outlet can be set according to the following requirements:
A)The opening of the positive pressure air outlet of the smoke prevention stairwell should make the whole stairwell all open, make the whole stairwell form even positive pressure.
B)The opening of the positive pressure air supply outlet in the front room should be opened in accordance with the evacuation sequence, that is, the opening of the alarm layer and the positive pressure air supply outlet of the upper and lower layers of the alarm layer.
(4)Linkage logic relationship of smoke extraction system: alarm signal of detector in the smoke extraction partition or manual alarm button in the smoke extraction partition starts the smoke extraction outlet (open) of the smoke extraction partition opening signal starts the smoke extraction fan in the corresponding smoke extraction partition (or starts the smoke extraction fan at high speed).The closing signal of the exhaust fire valve (280℃) at the entrance of the exhaust fan stops the exhaust fan at the relevant parts.
(5)The logic relation of fire shutter door linkage is as follows:

(6)Fire alarm device and fire accident broadcast linkage: In high-rise buildings, fire alarm device mainly refers to alarm bell or sound and light alarm. It is equipped with automatic sound and light alarm, and the starting sequence is the same as that of fire accident broadcast.In the automatic alarm system alarm linkage open or acousto-optic alarm and fire accident broadcast relationship is as follows: fire detector alarm signal or manual alarm button control alarm or alarm signal to start the sound and light alarm, the output of the fire accident radio module connected to the alarm bells or acousto-optic alarm power supply, turn on the fire accident radio lines.The starting sequence of fire alarm and fire accident broadcast in high-rise buildings is as follows:
A)When there is a fire on the 2nd floor or above, it is advisable to connect the fire floor and its adjacent upper and lower floors first;
B)In case of fire on the first floor, it is advisable to connect the first floor, the second floor and each underground floor;
C)In case of fire in the basement, it is advisable to connect the underground floors and the first floor first;For single-storey buildings containing multiple fire zones, the fire zone and its adjacent fire zone should be connected first;
(7)The linkage relationship of fire elevator is as follows: manual alarm button “and” detector alarm signal start fire elevator crash landing output module action Fire elevator crash landing to the first floor and return signal to fire control room.The best way to crash-land a fire elevator should be manual crash-land in the fire control room.
(8)Non-fire-fighting power switch: The linkage logic relation of non-fire-fighting power switch is as follows: manual alarm button “and” detector alarm starts non-fire-fighting power switch output module action this module starts circuit breaker (air switch) trip mechanism makes interrupter (air switch) trip to cut off non-fire-fighting power.The best way to remove non-fire power is to do it manually in the fire control room.
3.Use multimeter to check the signal bus installed with detector and various modules (manual alarm, monitoring and control module), and the next step can only be carried out after the preliminary determination is done and make sure that the circuit has no short circuit and is grounded well. For the power line of the module, it must be measured with a multimeter and make sure no short circuit and grounded well, and ensure that all the field terminals are connected, and there is no exposed wire before power on. For multi-line linkage control cabinet, because there are much lines connected to the control cabinet, all lines should be inspected according to the requirement line. Terminal load, resistance, diode, etc. Should be connected well, then use multimeter to make sure each thread in the end is good docking and correct before they can connect to control cabinet. Strictly inspect the terminal connection on the high voltage lines. It is forbidden to connect the line to access control cabinet host before connection the lines to equipment.
4.Connect the signal lines with address code to the controller and marked clearly on the line.The circuit fault, detector fault and module fault are eliminated one by one.
5.When troubleshooting, the single point test function on the host can be used to detect the communication between the detector or module and the host, and whether the signal loop has interference signals, etc.
6.Smoke blowing alarm test is carried out one by one on the detectors. If there is no alarm or false alarm, it shall be replaced and retested in time. Meanwhile, it shall verify whether the corresponding display relationship of the detector is correct.
7.According to the linkage control requirements, the control module and control program are simulated until the system is all normal.
A)Manual start each controlled fire equipment, such as: fire, fire alarm, radio barotropic tuyere, positive pressure fan, exhaust valve, exhaust fan, fire pump, spray pump, fire elevator landing, the fire power cut, emergency lighting, etc., each controlled equipment and view the feedback signal is correct, if you are not correct you must correct them.If the device cannot be started, the possible reasons are as follows: incorrect programming or incorrect coding correspondence;24V power is not connected;The equipment control box is not in automatic state;The equipment control box is not powered.
B)Set the controller to automatic state, smoke alarm is carried out on the detector, and check whether the linkage of the controlled equipment meets the linkage control requirements.
Work after debugging:
1.After the system simulation alarm and simulation linkage test are completed, the system shall be powered on and run for 120 hours without fault. Before the commissioning engineer completes the commissioning work and delivers it to the user for operation and use, he/she shall sort out the relevant information of the system and deliver it to the user and the company for archiving for future system maintenance and use.
2.Information normally required for collation and archiving should includes:
A)Fire system as-built drawing: System drawing, floor plan with detector and various module codes.
B)System configuration: the number of loops of the system, the number of coded addresses of each loop, the distribution of floor display panel and display range.
C)The system displays the correspondence between each coded address and the actual address, and the device type of each coded address.
D)Linkage logic relation of the system: distribution and action logic relation of fire fighting equipment of the system.
3.Uninterrupted monitoring work after the commissioning of the project during the operation.
4.The training for user maintenance personnel and on-duty personnel.
