Recording and alarm functions of ATM network surveillance system

Surveillance functions include: pre-recording function, human proximity recording function, vibration recording function, banknote output recording function, note-issuing recording function, video shielded alarm, video loss alarm, etc. Without any infringement of customers’ privacy, it can clearly record the cardholder’s whole transaction process including cardholder’s facial features, banknote output process, environment of ATM console and process of adding notes.


Card capturing function: when the depositor’s using the ATM, ATM surveillance system can safely capture the bank card number information and overlay it on the video in real time. Card number capturing process does not have any data communication with the ATM.

Human activity detector: it uses human activity detecting method to record normal and exceptional transaction processes to avoid motion detection which will cause a lot of useless files. Host state monitoring function (not software, hardware or watchdogs): it is required to use the stand-alone host state monitoring equipment to monitor the operation of the surveillance host. When the power supply of the surveillance is broken or cut and the host deeply crashes, it can immediately emit sound and light alarm signal and failure notification SMS.

Card capturing module

Yuantuo HRC-168 integrated work station surveillance system uses card capturing module that is developed independently by Yuantuo Tech to collect bank card number information form the card reader on the bottom. It has many advantages for example； the bank does not need to open ATM software and it won’t disturb or collect customer’s password information. Meanwhile, it won’t bring any potential danger to banks. Therefore, it can guarantee the safety of customer’s personal information and avoid bank’s reputation losses.

Wireless alarm transmission function (extensible)

If a fault occurs on the wire line or there is a man-made damage, it can sent the relevant on-site situations to the security staff through wireless alarm (mobile phone SMS) at the first time and take measures in time. Security staff can also use mobile phones and motion devices to deal with the warning situations. System alarm information uses management at different levels and the administrator sends alarm information of different levels to corresponding ATM management staff.

Remote surveillance: management staff can check and view ATM’s on-site situations within their competence. The main control center can clearly and completely see the real-time information of each ATM and know the operating condition of ATM network terminal in real time. The main control center can do the search and playback to ATM digital video recordings and alarm linkage video recordings.

Alarm auto upload: under the circumstances that there is a serious warning on the site, it will auto upload the alarm information and video signals to the center via wireless communication modules. After the center receives the alarm, a video window will auto pop-up and sound and light alarm output can be equipped.

Center auto inspecting: based on the network, the front equipment auto uploads the system information and video recording information to the center. After confirmed by the center, the front equipment can be normally operated.
