5 Steps To Program And Install Solar Wireless Infrared Beam

Steps and precautions for installing multi beam solar wireless wall
Taking the example of four beam
Open the packaging box
The standard package comes with an instruction manual
Four beams of transmitter and receiver in pairs
Install a set of iron fittings

After the camera is turned on
Align the shots and place them properly
If the shooting works normally
About 15 seconds later
The indicator light on the receiving end starts flashing
And accompanied by 6 beep sound prompts
At this point, block any set of three infrared light holes with a thick object, and the warning light will sound an alarm, indicating that the pairing work and alarm are normal
Step 2
Secure the iron fittings to the installation bracket
Iron fittings include right angle fittings, cross fittings, clasps, and three different specifications of fixing screws
Firstly, fix the cross and right angle fittings with small screws
Be sure to tighten the two fixing screws
Please pay attention to the installation direction of the screws
If installed in the opposite direction
Will affect the fixation of cross fittings and iron brackets
Use larger screws again
Fix the buckle and cross fittings onto the iron bracket
Be sure to tighten the two fixing screws
In the same way
Secure another set of iron fittings
There are two different right angle accessories for the shooting configuration
This is used to adjust the left and right direction of the shooting
This is used to adjust the forward and backward direction of the shooting
Be sure to use it together, and the protruding part of the right angle accessory should be facing the same direction
Fix the iron fittings and mounting bracket on the other end in the same way
After fixing the iron fittings
Use medium-sized screws to fix the docking bracket onto the mounting bracket
Be sure to tighten the two fixing screws
Please pay attention to the transmitting antenna for the opposite signal
Located at the top position of the projectile
So when fixed shooting
Please ensure that the horizontal tube for shooting is located at the top position
Ensure that the wireless signal transmission capability of the target is not affected
At the same time, try to fix the projectile on the upper end of the iron bracket as much as possible
Avoid the influence of iron brackets on the wireless signal transmission capability of the opposing beam
Step 3: Determine the installation position of the iron bracket
You can observe the water bubbles on the horizontal tube of the projectile
Is it located in the middle position
To verify whether the installation of the target is straight and level
After determining the location
Mark the punching position with a marker pen and punch the hole
Fix the iron bracket with screws again
Ensure that the bracket is stable and not shaking
Check for water bubbles in the aiming horizontal tube
Is it located in the middle position
If it's not in the middle position
Fine adjustments can be made by moving the screw fixing position of the right angle accessory in the forward and backward directions of the shooting
Be sure to adjust the water bubble of the horizontal tube to the middle position
Fix the wire frame at the other end in the same way
Try to keep the wire frames at both ends as close as possible

The fourth step is to calibrate the shooting
The manufacturer suggests that the installation personnel first calibrate the shooting transmitter
Perform calibration work on the receiving end again
Because after calibration
There will be 6 beep sound prompts at the receiving end of the target
And the receiving end also has a digital display screen for installation personnel to verify whether the alignment is accurately calibrated
When calibrating the shooting transmitter
Through the calibration hole on the transmitting end
Overall fine-tuning of the front, back, left, and right positions of the shooting
Ensure the opposite receiving end on the other end
At the middle position of the sight line of the calibration hole
After confirming the location
Tighten the fixing screws in the left and right directions, as well as the front and rear directions, again
Ensure that the shooting position no longer deviates
After tightening the fixing screws
Further testing through calibration holes
Prevent during the process of tightening screws
The position of the target has shifted

Through the calibration hole of the receiving end
Overall fine-tuning of the front, back, left, and right positions of the shooting
Ensure that the opposite end of the transmitting end is aligned with the center of the line of sight of the calibration hole

Ensure that the value on the digital display screen is above 100
The fluctuation amplitude of the numerical value is within 30
After adjustment
Tighten the fixing screws again
Ensure that the shooting position no longer deviates

Further testing through calibration holes
Prevent displacement of the shooting position during the process of tightening screws
