B.Backup battery is built-in and can work for 8-16 hours at AC off time.
C.PIR motion sensor is used for zone 9 living room and home arm can be set when someone is at home. So, the living room PIR will not trigger alarm when someone is at home.
D.If no one is at home, away home arm should be set and intrusion is detected at living room, the alarm goes off.
The cons: When magnetic contact is used for windows security, the windows can not be opened even at summer time.

3.Practical type installation:
Cause the basic type alarm system using windows contact for windows protection and the windows can not be opened at arm status, the curtain PIR is used to replace windows contact. The curtain PIR is with direction recognition and alarm goes off if theft entering from outdoor. The alarm will not go off if home owners is walking at home.
Cons: The balcony security protection is not enough. The theft can enter into balcony without alarm going off. It alarms until theft goes into the house.
