Combustible gas toxic gas monitoring system
There are many toxic, flammable and explosive gases in production and life.If there is no gas monitoring alarm and control equipment, flammable, explosive and toxic gas leakage will cause serious casualties and property losses. Toxic flammable and explosive gases include hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, phosphine, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone and flammable gas.
Gas monitoring alarms are divided into civil and industrial types. Civil gas detection alarm systems are mainly used for gas detection and alarm in public places and families. Industrial gas monitoring alarm is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, coal, liquefied gas and other enterprises.
The gas detection and alarm system is composed of gas alarm controller, gas detector and fire alarm, which can alarm in advance when the concentration of leaked gas in the protected area is lower than the lower limit of explosion, so as to prevent the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents caused by gas leakage.
The combustible gas detection and alarm system should be composed independently. The combustible gas detector should not be connected to the detector loop of the fire alarm controller.When the alarm signal of combustible gas needs to be connected to the automatic fire alarm system, the combustible gas alarm controller should be connected.
Why should the combustible gas monitoring and alarm system be a subsystem?
The combustible gas detection and alarm system must be regarded as an independent subsystem which consists of the combustible gas alarm controller and the combustible gas detector.The combustible gas detector cannot be connected to the fire detection and bus line alarm system.
1.Because the power consumption of combustible gas detector is very large, generally in tens of milliamps, after accessing the bus, it is very unfavorable to the stable work of the bus system.
2.The service life of combustible gas detector is generally only 3 or 4 years. After the service life, the normal work of fire detector connected with the same bus will also be adversely affected.
3.The combustible gas detector needs to be calibrated every year, during which the normal operation of the fire detector connected with the same bus will also be affected.
4.The time and meaning of combustible gas alarm signal and fire alarm signal are different, and the processing methods need to be taken are also different.
The combustible gas monitoring and alarm system has two kinds: bus system and multi-wire system. The operating status information of the combustible gas detector received by the combustible gas alarm controller should be transmitted to the graphic display device in the fire control room or the centralized fire alarm controller, but its display should be different from the fire alarm information.
The combustible gas monitoring and alarm controller must be linked with the explosion-proof fan and the explosion-proof solenoid valve to close the gas valve and start the fan in time.
