Salto Systems in partnership with EVVA have jointly acquired the business of Carl F Access in Stockholm, Sweden.
Previously owned by the Sanist?l Group, Carl F Access has been very successful in selling Salto battery-powered wireless access control solutions and EVVA security locks into the Scandinavian market and the acquisition gives both companies the opportunity to develop this fast-growing region.
Ownership will take effect from Oct. 1. It reinforces Salto's commitment to developing further business in the Nordic countries while providing an unrivalled opportunity to operate directly in the large Swedish market.
