ⅠSystem description
Banks belong to first-class risk unit. It is featured with different scales, numerous important facilities, complex people in and out banks and wide management field. As the main currency circulation place and the important part of national economic operation, banks serve every walk of life with their particular functions and advanced technologies. Their businesses involve large amount of cashes, securities and other valuable items. Current bank system network in China usually set a single city as the unit. Bank surveillance network system is a large comprehensive surveillance system that covers the whole city. Currently, the requirements of video network are to construct video surveillance centralized management system among same banks to make outlets and ATM self service bankings transform form independent surveillance to a real united surveillance management group. To set up a large bank video surveillance platform by curing network needs and standardizing the surveillance system configuration and thus security departments and Public Security organs can get to know situations on the site and take correlative measures in time to reduce human investments.
This design uses the HRC-168 series video management system of Yuantuo Tech to make 53 outlets in the city interconnected including branch of the central control center, sub-branches, self service banking and spacing ATMs. After networking, surveillance video signals, audio signals of intercom and monitoring, alarm signals of each alarm detector can be gathered in the central control center and then uploaded to corresponding departments of Public Security Organ.
Bank surveillance network system projects in several cities have verified that system based on this design thought is practical and feasible.
Ⅱ Requirements analysis
Bank ATM video surveillance system (ATM CCTV) is no longer traditional CCTV surveillance system and it tends to be networking. Its function has also transformed from traditional single security function to dual functions of safety precautions and solving disputes. According to customers’ actual needs, video network system should cover the following contents:
1. ATM network organization: original matrix surveillance system of branch banks building, 43 sub-branches and 4 spacing ATMs.
2. Networking device: branch banks and sub-branches use 4-5 channels embedded DVR of Yuantuo mainstream brand. Self service bankings and spacing ATMs use ATM professional video recordings of the same brand. Some sub-branches use DVR of other brands. Each outlet of banks is equipped with corresponding quantity of pickups and each counter of sub-branches is equipped with corresponding quantity of intercoms. Sub-branches and self service bankings install mainstream brand alarm system.
3. Network resource: branch banks have 20M bandwidth private network fiber-optic communication. Each sub-branch is configured with 2 M independent video private network. Self service bankings multiplex business private network which divides 1.5M to video surveillance networking. Spacing ATMs use ADSL.
