Vibration detector system of Yuantuo Technology Co., Ltd is mainly used to detect the vibration caused by several reasons, for example, the intruders trying to climb over the fence, cut or climb over the metal fence mesh or break the walls. These vibrations can detect and analyze using electronic processor unit. By comparing the features of the vibration signal, it can judge the intrusion attempts and then change the signal into alarm signal through simulation analysis.
1. System feature of Vibration detector YT-SHK-A
1.1 high precision positioning
The system installs a vibration detector every 5-10 meters. Alarm position is of high precision and the intrusion alarm can be accurate to 3 meters.
1.2 good compatibility and easy to extend
The system can interact with the monitoring system of the alarm center and other security systems. Meanwhile, it can be used with other alarm / surveillance products.
1.3 Wide suitability
It can be used to protect the constructions and brick walls with concrete structure, brick-concrete structure and greystone structure such as the prevention of the bank vaults, ammunition depots, magazines, museums, armory and the enclosing wall of the districts. It is also suitable for the prevention of safes, ATMs and guardrails of the districts.
1.4 Easy to deploy network and operate
It can achieve the network operation through universal RS-485, and by using center electronic map, it is especially suitable for extensive quick positioning.
1.5 Adjustable sensitivity
The sensitivity can be adjusted according to different structures of walls and different control range. For instance, a person weighing 60kg uses a tool to smash the walls (including the floor and roof) under the control range of the detector 1-2 times, and each time, it will cause the alarm. It is the perfect “electronic wall”.
1.6 Low false alarm rate
The analyzer uses a special technology which can effectively exclude the false alarm of non-intrusion signal form such as human and animals’ walk and car driving, etc. The system is of high reliability which can filter the vibration source caused by wind, rain, animals, airplanes and cars not intruders. It can reduce the false alarm and omitted alarm maximally and keep the low cost at the same time.
2. Installation of the vibration detector YT-SHK-A
2.1 To install on the enclosing wall or guardrail
2.1.1 Enclosing wall
一The height of enclosing walls is usually between 2-3 meters, the length is always among 400-1000 meters and the thickness is about 40 meters. To adapt to the alarm of intruders using tools to smash walls or climb over the walls, the detector should be installed in the second brick of the high wall (to use the electric hammer to make a hole about 32mm vertically and put the sensor into the hole and then seal the hole with concrete). The detector should be installed every 3 meters.
2.1.2 Guardrails
Vibration detectors should be installed on each concrete column (or steel pipe support) of the guardrails. When someone’s breaking the guardrails, it will trigger the alarm.
2.2 Depot wall
The installation on the depot wall is stricter. The installation method is as follows:
2.2.1 Depot of 10-15 square meters: the vibration detector should be installed in the wall which is easy to commit a crime. The height is about 2-2.4 meters. To use the screw to make it tightened up the wall.
2.2.2 Depot of 30-100 square meters
2.2.2.1. If the depot has no partition wall, in principle, the vibration detectors should be installed both in front and at the back of the depot every 3 meters. The height should be between 2-3 meters.
2.2.2.2. Depot of deports:
It can be installed directly. The control range of each detector should be determined according to the height and thickness of the enclosing wall, that is to say, the higher, thinner the wall is, the larger the control range is. Generally speaking, the length that each detector can control is about 3-5 meters. The vibration detector can be installed in the second brick of the high wall and then sealed. The direction of it should be vertical or horizontal to the wall.
