AVC Industrial
AVC Industrial, a Taiwanese manufacturer headquartered in Taiwan, offers a range of wiring accessories for surveillance and security systems. Their product portfolio includes items like wiring ducts, circuit board supports, conduit, and various fittings.
At a recent industry event, AVC Industrial showcased their waterproof cable entry system. This system is resistant to heat, oil, acid, alkali, and flame. Notably, their Super-Gland watertight cord grips create a secure seal around cable entry points, minimizing damage and malfunctions. Additionally, the cord grips provide strain relief, preventing accidental pulling or yanking that could damage the cables.
Jin Tay Industries
Jin Tay Industries, a Taiwanese manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience in the industry, offers a variety of lock solutions ranging from mechanical locks for cabinets and doors, electronic locks to an IoT management system. The company has established brand recognition in Taiwan and overseas in markets like Europe.
Their office and cabinet locks have been widely installed in various verticals, featuring various modes of access via numerical keypads, Bluetooth connectivity, cards or keys. Expanding their reach, Jin Tay’s product line now includes a multifunctional alarm lock suitable for securing warehouse gates, bicycles, luggage, golf carts and even camping equipment. The lock utilizes NFC technology, thus offering a keyless solution for consumers that is resistant to attempts to open the lock by burglars through tampering, vibration and lock cutting. Focused on user convenience, Jin Tay plans to develop more solutions like this that utilize Bluetooth for lock access in the near future.
Syntronix
At Secutech Taiwan this year, Syntronix showcased their BLE mesh platform, designed for smart home and building solutions. This technology leverages their BLE module and BLE mesh app. The BLE mesh platform offers several advantages for users, including low power consumption, the ability to transmit data across multiple devices simultaneously, and wide network coverage.
Syntronix highlighted several innovative products developed using their BLE module. One example is an elevator LED lighting system with a remote control for customers who might not want to use a separate app to control lighting across multiple floors. PIR sensor lighting with extended range application can also be enabled by the BLE mesh technology, allowing PIR sensors and connected lights to function over extended ranges, reaching up to 600 meters in ideal conditions (or 30-50 meters indoors).
For smart homes, Syntronix enabled integrating their BLE mesh platform with Wi-Fi networks, enabling multi-device connectivity. It offers control options through both apps and remote controls to control home appliances or smart scenes.
