Though smart homes are not a must-have gadget now, the demand has been surging, according to Amanda Liu, Sales Manager of Xinghuoyuan Group. Liu indicated that there are new inquiries from companies with online sales channels who would like expand product portfolios, as well as a brand new demand in the U.K. “By 2020, every household will have an regulatory obligation to install a smart meter in the U.K.”
 
XHY Group owns two factories. One is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and the other is in Hubei Province in China, with a total area of 110,000 square meters. The company has 11 years of OEM and ODM manufacturing service experience for remote controls, thermostats, and control boards. "More and more customers are looking for companies that do everything from product design, development, manufacturing, packaging to shipping to its customers and that is why we have such a big advantage," noted Liu. XHY Group’s customers include some of the biggest brands in the business – Panasonic, VESTEL, Sharp, Humax , Hisense and many more.
 
The company introduced ZigBee-based Sparx Smart System for home automation and security. The control center, working as a Wi-Fi router and ZigBee hub, can control the whole Sparx Smart System. The system also includes in-wall and scene switches, in-wall socket, smart plug, open/close sensor, smart lock, gas detectors, curtains/blinds motor, IP cameras, IR transmitter and SOS button. Its 3-in-1 sensor that integrates temperature & humidity, motion and light sensors.
 
The in-wall switch can be used to remotely control lights and home appliances. The scene switch can be used to set customized scenes and sync with other devices. Those switches can also amplify ZigBee signals. The Sparx Smart Plug and in-wall socket can turn any home appliance into a smart one. The users can monitor energy consumption and charge mobile devices via an USB charging port. The Sparx Smart curtains and blinds motor can be incorporated into scene switch and programmed to open at specific time at specific width. The IR transmitter can replace IR remotes for users to easily control TV, DVD, STB, HAVC and home appliances on the Sparx Smart App. Imagine you wake up every morning at 7 a.m., the curtains open, the AC is set to your preferred temperature, the coffee machine heats up, the TV with latest news turns on. Imagine it was raining in the night and instead of finding flooded floor, you find that your Sparx Smart house closed the window when it detected rain. This is the very near future, security and comfort of every urban home.
 
For home security, imagine that your smart lock can sync with IP cameras and open/closed sensors to activate cameras that take photos or send alerts when someone knocks on the door or the door is cracked open. Users can also set various fingerprints for enhanced entry control. Home owners can set temporary passwords for guests like nannies and cleaning ladies. The open/close sensors can be put on the doors, windows, safes, drawers or any forbidden zones. For home and personal safety, the company introduced SOS button and gas detector. Imagine how you could potentially save your valuables when the gas detector detects carbon dioxide and natural gas, shows values via Sparx Smart App, and sends alerts when carbon monoxide reaches dangerous levels, so you can remotely open the window with an App As a solution for elderly or children, the SOS button can trigger alerts and send distress signals in case of any emergency.
