FingerTec ‘s authorized reseller Trakasol LTD deploys biometrics to Bolloré Transport & Logistics in Ghana.

Bolloré Transport & Logistics is made up of the union between 4 of Bolloré Group’s traditional areas of business Bolloré Ports, Bolloré Railways, Bolloré Energy and Bolloré Logistics.
With more than 320 employees handling its operations in Ghana, free movement their large staff and visitors in and out of their offices was causing uneasiness for the management. As a result the management consulted with Trakasol LTD to install and implement an effective access control system for their premises. They wanted an access control system to help manage the movement of their staff and visitors going in and out of their offices.
Upon consultation, Bolloré found that
FingerTec biometrics could provide good security to their premises and at the same time control the access of their staff and visitors. Trakasol LTD deployed 36 units of FingerTec
H2i for access control bundled with Ingress, FingerTec integrated access control software.

FingerTec has committed its resources to reduce the environmental impact of its activities as well, and as of today all of FingerTec ‘s product packaging is made of 100% recycled paper, TimeTec solutions are being developed in the same spirit, to do away with unnecessary paper usage, in effect reducing our carbon footprint as an organization.
