The company had recently announced plans to expand its university training programs in terms of location and schedule - a new, larger HQ and an expanded Florida Innovations Center facility.
 
Speaking to asmag.com, Matthew Kushner, CEO of 3xLOGIC, explained the company’s logic in efforts to help its partners remain competitive. The market is rapidly moving to cloud-based service offerings, and with that development comes a new set of buyers/influencers who are young executives with strong IT backgrounds.
 
“In order to help our partners remain competitive in this new market, we started by building easy to install and commission IT/Cloud and server-based products and services,” Kushner said. “To complement our innovative product R&D we have developed comprehensive training programs designed to educate our partners in how to sell these services and solutions. By doing so, we are assisting our partners in finding and closing new business. Consequently, 3xLOGIC is realizing record-breaking growth in our business.”
 
Kushner added that more and more dealers today understand the importance of selling services and growing their RMR income. They also understand security business is moving beyond traditional fire and intrusion monitoring and that managed and monitored access control along with video verification are some of the fastest growing services offered today.
 
“3xLOGIC recognizes the industry is going through a rapid transformation to cloud-based monitored services,” Kushner said. “As a leading provider of these technologies, we have committed to assisting our dealers in the education process which empowers them to train their staff in selling, installing and servicing our solutions and services. To accomplish this, 3xLOGIC has committed to an aggressive training schedule with 20 trainings scheduled at 16 locations throughout the US and Canada, including our Corporate HQ training facility, through July 2017.”
