E-Connect is an all-in-one multilevel platform: designed for end-users, installers, distributors and service companies, this platform meets the growing needs of autonomy by end-users and remote management by installers. e-Connect is available for PC, tablet and mobile in Browser Web (web responsive) and App, while the use of SSL communication protocols and certificates provide a remote banking level safety profile.
What can end-users do?

Through e-Connect, installers can use BrowserOne Enterprise software for the remote assistance of all their managed systems, always and everywhere. BrowserOne Enterprise works as a unified database of all customers data and systems, interventions and past configurations: operators are always able to interoperate and manage remote assistance sessions from any PC with BrowserOne Enterprise, (remotely via e-Connect).
