Take a look at the cloud-managed, fully integrated verified intrusion, access control, and video system at the company’s booth, #22067.
SONITROL, the leading provider of verified electronic business security solutions, will demonstrate its security management platform — SONITROL CORE — at this year’s ISC West. Its new CORE solution seamlessly integrates with patented SONITROL technology, including audio intrusion technology, to provide an all-encompassing security solution.
Easy to manage and scale, SONITROL CORE offers options for single or multiple sites, with cloud-based capabilities, cost-effective SaaS deployment, and cutting-edge security management features.
A Mobile Manager App and browser dashboard make CORE easy to use, or customers can opt for SONITROL’s professional services to handle their accounts. Additionally, it adheres to the highest cybersecurity and hardware security standards, including Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP).
The product’s flexible design makes it suitable for single and multi-site operations, while cloud-based updates ensure continuous improvements with the latest patches and fixes. With over 60 years of industry expertise, SONITROL instills confidence and innovation.
Julie Beach, SONITROL’s Vice President, said: “With SONITROL CORE, we're bringing a fully integrated, all-in-one security platform to businesses seeking more efficient protection. We’re excited to showcase SONITROL CORE because it demonstrates how security can be streamlined, scalable, and cost-effective — all while enhancing real-time threat detection through alarm verification, leading to priority police response. Visitors will experience firsthand how our advanced, cloud-based platform seamlessly unifies access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and visitor management into one intuitive system, simplifying security management and providing peace of mind for real-world business needs.”
SONITROL CORE is centered on the Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP). Developed by the Security Industry Association (SIA) and approved as an international standard by the International Electrotechnical Commission in 2020, OSDP improves interoperability among security products. It uses advanced AES-128 encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted between devices, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches by, for example, ensuring that sniffing devices can’t be installed behind an access control reader or along the communications path.
As an OSDP-based cloud solution, SONITROL CORE can carry out automatic software and firmware updates to keep up to date with the latest security features and enhancements. This takes the burden of managing the system's cybersecurity off the end user while helping to ensure regulatory compliance through built-in operational features and documentation.
Its customizable dashboard can be accessed via any internet-connected web browser, offering full remote management of a building’s access control and intrusion detection set-up at a glance.
