The latest version of Gallagher’s world-class site management software, Command Centre v8.20, was released to the market in early December. Command Centre is a powerful software solution offering complete site control to keep people safe, manage buildings, protect sites, and ensure business continuity from one central platform.

Car park management

Car parking is often a major pain point for both employees and employers. Gallagher’s car park management solution makes car parking a simple, hassle-free experience for staff and visitors. It provides simplified access management for buildings and car parks from one system, guarantees parks for those who need them, and maximizes car park occupancy with the ability to view and report on car park usage.

By utilizing Gallagher T20 readers and the Gallagher Mobile Connect app, drivers are informed which car park they’ve been allocated on arrival via the screen on the T20. Users don’t even need to wind down their car window – access via the Mobile Connect app means there’s no need to badge a card at the reader.

Mobile evacuation

The v8.20 release introduces mobile evacuation to Command Centre. From a mobile device, staff can move cardholders into access zones quickly and easily, ensuring evacuations are accurate, reliable, and compliant, and that everyone on site is accounted for.

Site plans

Command Centre’s site plans allow operators to easily see activity on site, with increased situational awareness across local and remote sites. The v8.20 release brings enhanced functionality, allowing operators to easily pan and zoom around a site, and view multi-level floor plans without opening different site plans.

Locker management

Gallagher has further developed their access-controlled locker management solution, allowing cardholders with multiple lockers to select which one to open. Operators can view whether a locker is allocated in a site plan or status tile and can send advance expiry notifications to users.
