Singapore Pavilion returns to Secutech Thailand with smart city solutions
Exhibiting for the second time, Singapore Pavilion will be bringing 6 companies to showcase innovative products for smart city developments when Secutech Thailand begins on 28 – 31 October 2019 at Hall 104 - 105, BITEC, Bangkok.

The spending on smart city developments is expected to reach USD 95.8 billion worldwide in 2019. APAC represents over 40 percent of the global expenditure, according to research by IDC.

Among the APAC region is Singapore, which represents one of the top smart cities in the world with its digital transformation. The country is developing solutions to help the current and next-generation with technologies such as a unified system for payment using QR codes, self-driving vehicle solutions, and e-government services.

Singapore Pavilion to share smart city knowledge

Visitors at Secutech Thailand can stop by to meet with 6 Singaporean companies ready to share their knowledge in smart city developments. Exhibitors joining the show this year includes Fire Fighting Systems, Hexcel Solutions, ITS Integration System, NewDVR(s), Salto Systems Asia, and Ubergard.

The technologies showcasing from the pavilion will have a range of smart technologies to fire safety protection. The advanced products will consist of AI intercom systems, building management systems, mobile access control, and fire safety simulation just to name a few.

Deputy General Manager of Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media, Regina Tsai, expressed the importance of having the pavilion at the show, “We are excited to have Singapore Pavilion return to Secutech Thailand this year. The innovative smart city solutions the country has developed over the years sets a great example for future smart city developments in Thailand as well as the APAC region. We look forward to giving visitors the opportunity to meet and connect with the exhibitors from the pavilions.”

One-stop area for smart city solutions

This year’s Secutech Thailand is part of the Smart City Solutions Week that will be co-locating with Thailand Lighting Fair, Thailand Building Fair, and Digital Thailand Big Bang to create a one-stop solution area for smart city development. Visitors can meet with over 260 exhibiting brands showcasing products and solutions in intelligent security, fire & safety, smart living, smart city solution, and info security with companies including Bristol, Asiatic Fire, ZKTeco, HiPower, Network Optix, IDOptimize, ISS, Simpnic, Naffco, Sffeco Global, and Tashi.

Fringe programmes to maximize attendees experiences

A number of fringe programmes will be onsite during the exhibition. Smart Factory Conference will be inviting speakers to share experiences and solutions for optimising and improving factory settings with automation, smart logistics, and monitoring safety. The conference will also cover the importance of preventing factory accidents from fire and explosions with proper safety management.

Show visitors can also participate in VIP group tours where guides will be taking them across the fairgrounds to connect with exhibitors based on the visitors' business background the technology interests.

Secutech Thailand is organised by Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media and Worldex G.E.C.. The next edition will take place from 28 – 31 October 2019.
