Pella introduces the Insynctive app to check on the status of doors and windows remotely

Pella Corporation recently introduced the Insynctive mobile app, which allows homeowners to check on the status of doors and windows from their phones. The free mobile app can also be used to control and program motorized blinds and shades.
Pella’s solution aims to help the 75% of Americans who ever felt uncertain about whether or not they had locked the doors. With the Insynctive app, users can get real-time push notifications whenever windows and doors are closed or opened. The status indicator will light up if windows, patio doors and/or entry doors are open or closed, and if patio and entry doors are locked or unlocked.
Sensors are embedded into Pella products and hidden from the view, so as to preserve the aesthetic design of the windows and doors. The sensors are wireless and do not require additional drilling.
The Insynctive app provides a DIY-friendly guided setup to help users connect their windows, doors, blinds and shades via the Pella Insynctive Bridge.
Pella Insynctive products are compatible with a wide variety of security systems and home automation systems, including Control4, ELAN and Savant, for those who wish to obtain a monitored security system or a fully connected home experience.
Pella first launched Insynctive universal sensors and motorized between-the-glass blinds and shades in 2015. Now, with a more expansive offering of integrated sensor solutions, users have more options to make their homes secure, says the company.
