Bosch and ISS introduce a comprehensive solution to enhance access control in high-security installations. By combining the SecurOS software platform (by ISS) with Bosch cameras and access control system, you can create a modern, flexible and scalable system to effectively monitor staff and visitors.
The Access Modular Controller (AMC) Bosch hardware administrated by APE (Access Professional Edition) Bosch software is field proven in thousands of enterprise-level access control applications including high-level security projects. The modular system can integrate with a broad range of access and security functions, including video, intrusion and elevator management.
SecurOS ACS module provides a variety of access control and fire alarm management features within SecurOS. The module includes a new user interface and supports Bosch APE integration.
The new approach to ACS integration allows users to classify events with Markers, such as alarm, device event or access granted, for easy processing, searching and filtering. The ACS module can also link to SecurOS Cameras for quick events verification using video.
The functionality of Bosch and ISS combined solution cover:
- Displays live events from ACS and corresponding live video for cardholder verification
- Shows both the photo and card information when swiping a card
- Displays a list of all ACS devices with status
- Controls ACS devices
- Searches for events corresponding to a specified cardholder and tracks their card swipes
- Searches for singular device events
- Searches for all incidents in a camera’s field of view
- Playback archive video “by event” (when camera links to ACS device/s)
- Configures and moves info panel, selects display columns and adjusts field size
