Largest security conference and exhibition in Adriatic region moves to Ljubljana
Adria Security Summit, leading annual conference and exhibition of the Adriatic region's security industry, will be held at Gospodarsko razstavišče - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 12 – 14 September 2018. The Summit will bring together all participants in the supply chain: from manufacturers, distributors, dealers, installers and system integrators to consultants and end users from all vertical markets. 

We gather the best there are. Speakers at Adria Security Summit are leading figures from renowned security companies such as Bosch, Dahua, Hikvision, ASSA ABLOY, HID Global, Securitas, G4S, Avigilon, Honeywell, Cisco, Messe Frankfurt, as well as representatives of the regional security associations. The Summit will focus on video surveillance, anti-burglary, access control and alarm systems as well as other security solutions. Yet, its scope goes beyond these traditional security solutions, as this edition will also cover the latest in security and safety technology such as IoT, artificial intelligence, intelligent video analytics and smart identity technologies. 

The third Adria Security Summit 2017 was held in Šibenik, Croatia, and it brought together a record number of participants from the Adriatic region and the rest of the world. It gathered more than 600 guests, a 20% increase compared to the previous year. Sixty-seven exhibitors from 27 countries set up their booths across more than 1,500 m2 of available exhibition space: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovenia, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, etc. 

Companies such as: Hikvision, Bosch, Dahua, Honeywell, Securitas, ASSA ABLOY, Sony, Avigilon, Ateis, Axxon, ComNet, D-Link, IndigoVision, VIVOTEK, Inim Electronics, Iskratel, Mojo Networks, Optex were some of the leading sponsors and exhibitors at the last year's conference. 

Adria Security Summit 2018 will bring together leading experts to discuss the future of security industry. The event will host five presentations and two panel discussions on its first day. On the second day, 10 case studies will compete for the Case Study Excellence Awards. An organized tour of famous natural, cultural and historic sites will be organized for all participants on the third day of the Summit. 

The regional significance of the Summit was highlighted by Aleš Dejak, Sales Manager for Adriatic Region at Dahua Technology. "We come to the Summit for the third time. It is surely the most professional and largest event in the region, and I wholeheartedly support it together with Dahua, and we will gladly come again." 

Siniša Pintarić, Regional Manager for Adriatic Region at Honeywell, pointed out that there was nothing comparable to this event at the regional level. "We follow it from the beginning and I think it deserves praise because there is nothing like this in the region, and I hope that it will continue in the coming years. I'm delighted." 

Danijel Jerković, Head of Security Systems for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina at Bosch Security Systems, points out: "I am very glad that we are together again at such an imposing place.
