OnSSI promotes Dan Berg to the newly-created position of Sales Engineering Manager. Mr. Berg, who was previously Senior Sales Engineer at OnSSI, has over 20 years of experience in the surveillance industry.
“Dan has a unique combination of management, sales and technical skills that qualify him for this newly created position. Additionally, he has extensive experience with Ocularis that provides him with intimate knowledge he can share with our sales engineering team,” said Ken LaMarca, VP of Sales & Marketing at OnSSI. “As OnSSI continues to expand its sales and engineering activities across the country, Dan will be instrumental in directing and supporting these initiatives.”
Dan Berg will manage the OnSSI sales engineering team that assists channel partners and end users with system design, hardware recommendations, product demonstrations, and RFP responses. Dan is also responsible for the creation of technical documentation and working with the development team by recommending product improvements and implementation of feature requests from users of Ocularis.
Prior to joining OnSSI, Dan spent over two decades working with various manufacturers, integrators and end users in various positions including Operations Director and Marketing Director at Bassett Sales Corporation – one of OnSSI’s manufacturers’ representatives.
