“Achieving this international standard is an important milestone in Razberi’s evolution, putting us in the top tier of quality organizations providing enterprise-class solutions. According to the ISO, the standard “specifies requirements for a quality management system.” An organization uses the standard to “demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements” and to “enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.”
With the ISO 9001:2015 certification in hand, Razberi will be in an even more competitive position with multi-site organizations that need reliable, secure video surveillance systems. The company earned the certification after a three-year process of preparing and documenting the processes, procedures and work instructions that accompany a Total Quality Management System. This entailed developing a quality manual and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company progress. Razberi will continually measure and grade itself on these KPI’s, correcting any issues along the way. Recertification requires a once-a-year audit.
