Antaira presents networking security solution

Antaira Technologies, developer of industrial networking and communication product solutions, was present at Secutech 2017 showcasing several of their features for their security solution.

One of the concerns for security system is the damaging of the equipment from environmental factors. Humidity, temperature, and particles in the air could have severe effect on the equipment, making it less reliable as time passes. Antaira address this issue by making their solution waterproof and dustproof like IP-67 and IP-68. These are usually ideal for industrial settings where they may be automation devices. “We do the protection and when the SI install all the devices, they don’t have to worry about the signal being unstable after 3 or 4 years. They may not have a direct impact on the installer but they will have a very big impact on later maintenance,” said Ben Chiang, Director of Product Marketing at Antaira Technologies.

Another key feature presented by Antaira is the remote health devices health check alarm. This feature allows the user to monitor all their devices, such as cameras, “Because everything is connected to our switches, we can use our equipment to check if the devices has a response,” said Chiang. This will save time and only send people to the field if the devices has no response.

Antaira provide there network solutions to many countries around the world. In Turkey, one of the biggest trade center had Antaira's help to connect many of their legacy devices to the latest technology. While in Vietnam, they help connect the surveillance system for the train station.
