First started out offering remote controls for doors about 26 years ago, Bintronic is now a company with 16 years of experience in electric curtains. Besides electric curtains, Bintronic also offers electric doors and lights.
“We provide customers with a great variety of curtains that can be wirelessly controlled via Wi-Fi,” said Wei-cheng Yeh, Chairman of Bintronic. According to Yeh, Bintronic has 90% of all the electric curtains available on the market.
To enable remote control of electric curtains, the company has also developed a web portal and a mobile application.
One of the newest product demonstrated by Bintronic at the SMAhome Expo 2015 is a smart window. In the on-state, the window is see-through; in the off-state, the window turns opaque and can be used as a projection screen. User can project movies for example onto the smart window.
