In line with the school's expansion from porta cabins to buildings in order to accommodate the expanding number of students, International Indian School, Al-Jubail deployed 13 units of TA100CR terminals around the school to monitor its staff's attendance. Having around 380 staff, the biometrics system is the solution to automate the attendance of the growing number of staff and with the tokenless system, there is no extra cost involved plus the staffs do not need to carry any tokens with them for attendance. The system also is able to provide accurate data on the attendance activities of the staff and at the end of the day; it has to be able to offer the management reliable reports on important areas that need surveillance and monitoring.

The school opted for TA100CR model, which comes with not only fingerprint and password but also also loaded with RFID card technology in view of expansion and temporary use for visitors. All the products come with TCMS V2 software, time management software that allows attendance data to be managed easier with all readers' data collected at one centralized system. The TCMS V2 can save, email or print 29 types of attendance reports for various purposes and the system is also able to integrate with third party system for HR and payroll, for example.
