The meticulously designed user interface allows any user to quickly understand the process of deployment and usage of this VMS.
EVO Global introduces central server management with organization hierarchy support, which allows users to divide the system between separate groups of competence, and ensures hardware level transparency for the end user’s satisfaction. Complemented by advanced user permission management, resource grouping and detailed event auditing, this provides full control over user actions and makes it easy to get a detailed report on them. Multiple sites can be united into a single system with redundancy features for recording servers, storage and the management server itself, which minimizes or even prevents potential system downtime. All the system components are constantly monitored, with the option to notify the system administrator about both minor disruptions and critical failures.
Each server’s configuration is constantly backed up; also, the database backup can be done by hand in the convenient traditional wizard-like form, which also allows the configuration to restore to an earlier version. Once all the components have been installed, all the configuration routines and software upgrades can be done remotely within the EVO Global environment. To ensure the safety of the recorded data, an automatic archive backup feature called channel replication is available with EVO Global in addition to the manual data backup option: this gives an opportunity to store important data in multiple different locations in order to minimize loss in case of any unforeseen eventualities such as storage failure.

EVO Global features an advanced event and action management subsystem that allows the setup of fully automated action rules for both internal system events and external sensors: these reactions vary from simple sound and text notifications, log entries to numerous channel- and service-specific functions, including interaction with external software and hardware.
Client application for the EVO Global system introduces a configurable, user-friendly interface for video live views and recordings’ playback, as well as post-event investigation of POS and external software data, and also reports based on information collected by integrated video analytics. Luxriot provides license plate and facial recognition modules as external software already integrated with EVO Global, and a simple HTTP API for quick integration of third-party software. Client functionality includes powerful, hardware-independent video wall management that makes it easy to control the video wall contents from anywhere. Along with the fully-featured client application, EVO Global has native macOS, iOS and Android applications.
