ipConfigure Video Management Zooms in on California Casino

ipConfigure announced that Club One Casino has installed its flagship product Enterprise Surveillance Manager (ESM) to secure its patrons and property in downtown Fresno, California.

ipConfigure announced that Club One Casino has installed its flagship product Enterprise Surveillance Manager (ESM) to secure its patrons and property in downtown Fresno, California.

Since new gaming regulations in California requires that every card on the table be identifiable in surveillance video, Club One decided to deploy HD resolution Axis network cameras throughout the table gaming areas.

ipConfigure's ESM supports HD recording without affecting the live camera  views which can be throttled down to preserve bandwidth. ESM provides the flexibility of viewing live cameras and reviewing archive video from any location on-site or off-site without the need of proprietary software through its browser-based user interface.

Installing an enterprise class video management surveillance solution can be challenging, as it involves servers, network switches and cameras. However, Chee Lee from Club One Casino said, "The support team from ipConfigure was very helpful with the installation process. All the cameras are up and running in no time and have very impressive quality."

Club One's system is slated to grow to more than 100 cameras by the end of the year.

"We are seeing more and more casinos install IP video solution with HD cameras throughout the country. ESM is a great bet for casinos because it breaks them out of using proprietary systems by enabling them to install our software on commercial off-the-shelf hardware," said Christopher Uiterwyk, CEO and President of ipConfigure.
