"This transaction brings together a management team that can offer experience, advice and service to clients unlike any other firm in the industry," said Guidepost Chairman Bart Schwartz. "I am thrilled to be working alongside industry leader, Joe Rosetti, as well as other senior team members, to offer clients, in a one-stop-shop, a set of expertise in investigations, monitoring, forensics, compliance, and in the high growth security engineering industry, where more sophisticated crimes and heightened global terrorism call for highly developed solutions. Additionally, the convergence of technology and security means that clients are demanding consultants who can design complicated systems that address risks now and in the future. Our combined leadership is better situated to address those issues."

The Guidepost team is comprised of highly skilled professionals with experience in law enforcement, private security, public safety, the military, technology, engineering, management and the intelligence community.

Governments, corporations, academic institutions, and healthcare providers are increasingly outsourcing critical security functions. Guidepost offers an understanding of the issues surrounding complex projects and ongoing security. The management team is constantly active in the field so that it can remain aware of emerging threats and new technologies and so that it can provide an approach focused on reducing costs, protecting assets and saving lives.
