The acquisition strengthens Dansikring′s position in Denmark and enables an expansion of the operations in the monitoring market in Denmark, in line with the Group's strategy of increasing growth in the business segment Mobile and Monitoring. The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas as of April 1.
