MorphoTrak announced the election of Daniel Vassy, President and CEO of MorphoTrak, to the board of directors of the International Biometric Industry Association (IBIA).
"I am proud to be a board member of this important industry advocacy group," said Vassy. "IBIA's educational, lobbying and outreach efforts increase awareness of the value of biometric technology, helping to build broader acceptance of its use."
The IBIA is a nonprofit trade association whose mission is "to promote the use of biometric technology to effectively and appropriately determine identity and enhance security, privacy, productivity and convenience for individuals, organizations and governments worldwide." IBIA fulfills its mission through advocacy and education.
