Over the past 20 years, Black has held a number of senior executive positions for emerging high-growth and mid-cap companies. Most recently, he has served as Senior VP and CFO for American Commercial Lines, where he helped lead the company to one of the most successful initial public offerings in the country during his tenure there.
Black brings significant amount of experience and accomplishments to his new role at APX Alarm. He has an established track record in building strategic direction, executing high-growth business plans, improving operating performance, raising capital and positioning companies for future growth opportunities.
