Dora Security has annual sales of approximately $22.6 million and 1,400 employees. The company has a strong presence in Northern and Eastern Bohemia. Its main operation is in guarding, but the company has also operations in monitoring and mobile services.
Securitas is a market leader in security services in the Czech Republic. With this acquisition, Securitas will strengthen its position in the customer segments industry, office building and government contracts.
The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas as of Dec. 1, 2009.
