Honeywell announced the addition of Los Angeles-based Sierra Group as a Honeywell Authorized Dealer for Commercial Security Systems. Sierra Group, based in Glendale, Calif. is a statewide commercial and industrial general contracting firm. The company's full-service Electronic Security Division specializes in alarm, intrusion, video and access control solutions for commercial, industrial, and government institutions, as well as banks and retail facilities. The company also offers 24-hour monitoring and access to comprehensive security reports for its customers via Web portals.

Honeywell's Authorized Dealer Program for Commercial Security Systems supports mid-range commercial and industrial security markets by offering customized marketing support, targeted sales opportunities and technical training programs. The program is designed for dealers with expertise in intrusion and fire, video surveillance and access control.
