Verint Witness Actionable Solutions Awarded Certification for Quality Management

Verint Systems Inc. announced that the Verint Witness Actionable Solutions Americas Professional Services Organization has been awarded full ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognized endorsement for quality management and quality assurance.

Sponsored and maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the best practices program helps ensure that global organizations are protecting the investment customers make in their solutions with rigorous quality standards and by incorporating direct customer feedback directly into the overall business strategy.

The certification process, which was managed for Verint Witness Actionable Solutions by certifying agency KEMA – a trusted worldwide testing and certification company – required that the organization, and any global organization applying for a certification fulfill customer quality and regulatory requirements for consistent practices, documented processes and continuous improvement. Even more importantly, the certification reinforces the company's commitment to customer service excellence and quality management by aligning its customer satisfaction objectives and continuous performance improvements in pursuit of the objectives outlined by the ISO standard.
