2. Seamless Control Panel Parameter Transfer

What is new: AX PRO now supports parameter transfer between panels of the same model and firmware version.

How it works:

Export the configuration file from the original panel
Import it into a new panel (same model and firmware version)
All peripherals and configurations are restored without re-enrollment
Supported via local web or Hik-Partner Pro App

Note:
User accounts are not transferred; Keyfobs / cards are automatically reassigned to the first user on the new panel.
This feature requires a firmware upgrade on some peripherals. Contact technical support for details.

3. Batch Relay Control via Keyfob

No area restriction between keyfob and relays

4. Video Verification via SD Card or NVR

What is new: Users can now increase video verification channel number via SD card or NVR.

How it works:

Configure the storage path for verification videos.
Without Network Camera SD Card: The panel performs pre-recording (supporting 2 or 4 channels depending on the model).
With Network Camera SD Card: Panel-side pre-recording is disabled; the system pulls high-quality recordings directly from the camera’s SD card.
NVR Integration: Leverage NVR recordings for alarm verification.

5. IMEI & ICCID Displayed on Mobile Network Page

What is new: Mobile network page shows IMEI & ICCID.

6. Automatic Arm / Disarm Schedule Template

What is new: The system now supports automatic arm / disarm schedule templates.

How it works:

When upgrading to V1.3.2, existing auto arm / disarm settings are automatically migrated into corresponding scheduled scenarios.
On the system edit page, only the following parameters are displayed:
Name and Late to Disarm.
Auto Arm and Auto Disarm settings have been relocated to Advanced Settings → Schedule.

A new schedule module is introduced under Advanced Settings, supporting:

Custom schedule names
Specific trigger times
Selectable active days (Monday–Sunday)

Each schedule supports a single trigger time.

Holiday exception mode is supported: Up to 12 holiday exceptions can be configured.

Schedule operations can be defined by:

Select target areas
Choose operation: Auto Arm or Auto Disarm

When Auto Arm is selected, additional options are available, including:

Force Arm
Audible prompt for auto arming

7. Wired Smoke Detector Reset via Multi-Transmitter

What is new: Support for resetting wired smoke detectors via the Multi-Transmitter module.

How it works:

Wired smoke detectors are connected to the EXT+ / EXT- terminals of the Multi-Transmitter.
A new “Smoke Detector Reset” option is available in the APP. When triggered, the system cuts the power supply to the detector for 5 seconds to perform a reset.
