ZBeta, a pioneer in delivering comprehensive physical security consulting services, today announced it has earned Great Place to Work Certification. This recognition underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where employees feel positioned to perform at their best.

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation. Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to be certified. Earning Best Places to Work recognition serves as a clear validation that the employee experience is differentiated, with the award grounded in comprehensive surveys that capture how employees view leadership, opportunities for growth, and the overall workplace environment.

“At ZBeta, culture shows up in the way we operate every day,” said Conal O’Doherty, Principal and Chief Growth Officer, ZBeta. “This certification is especially meaningful because it is based on direct feedback from our team. It reinforces our belief that when you invest in people with the same level of focus as any other part of the business, performance follows.”

Over the past year, ZBeta has taken intentional steps to further strengthen its culture. Under the leadership of Anna Yates, Vice President of Talent and Culture, the team welcomed Jim McCormack as Learning and Development Manager and expanded headcount across the organization. It also expanded its thought leadership, including a white paper on employee engagement and empowerment.

At the core of these efforts is a clear focus on building teams that reflect and reinforce the ZBeta mindset. Internally, ZBeta remains focused on creating a workplace that is both supportive and high-performing, recognizing that culture and talent are critical to long-term success.

“This certification reflects the environment we’re building every day,” added Yates. “Our focus remains on creating a workplace where people can do their best work, and where that energy drives real impact for our clients and our business.”
