Brivo merger momentum drives enterprise expansion

Brivo merger momentum drives enterprise expansion
At Intersec Dubai, Brivo highlights its cloud-native unified security suite and its established global presence as a perfect match for enterprise businesses
Brivo, the global leader in cloud-native physical security, is showcasing the Brivo Security Suite as the ideal unified cloud-native solution for enterprise businesses at the Intersec show (Brivo Booth SA-E-42) taking place here Jan. 12-14.

Speaking at a press briefing at Intersec, John Szczygiel, Brivo COO, said, “Enterprise business was one of the fastest growing segments of the Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks businesses before the merger, and it will be a key driver accelerating Brivo’s expansion in EMEA and the UK in 2026.”

Intersec is Brivo’s first major trade show since it announced a merger with Eagle Eye on Dec. 29. Combining Brivo, the leading global provider of cloud-native access control and smart space technologies, and Eagle Eye Networks, the global leader in cloud AI video surveillance, the company delivers a truly unified cloud-native security platform, a simpler purchasing and support experience for resellers, a better product for enterprise customers, as well as faster innovation and time to market.

Szczygiel discussed the strategic rationale and regional impact of the merger, noting that Middle East businesses want sophisticated, data-driven security solutions where they can centrally manage thousands of doors, cameras and locations. For those companies, the flagship Brivo Security Suite brings access control, video intelligence, visitor management and intrusion into one view.

“This is a tech-forward region with rapidly expanding economies and enterprise businesses that want to harness AI for security and business efficiency,” Szczygiel said. “Brivo’s expanding portfolio of AI capabilities includes Brivo Genius Mobile Agent, the industry's first voice-activated agent mobile emergency lockdown for access control, as well as Eagle Eye Remote Video Monitoring, and Eagle Eye Gun Detection.”

While the situation is different in the UK and Europe, where there is a massive installed base of legacy video and access control systems that are siloed, Szczygiel said, “the opportunity and appetite for smarter security is the same in EU and UK as it is in the Middle East.”

For customers with legacy systems, working with an open platform like Brivo is key to preserving existing investments and retaining the ability to upgrade and integrate as new technologies are introduced.

Enterprise customers like the fact that Brivo has been in the market for 20+ years, Eagle Eye for 12 years, and that the company has a well-established global footprint. “Brivo delivers the innovations you need and the experience you can trust,” Szczygiel said.
