Hikvision, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of security products and solutions that deliver the ideal combination of high performance and extreme value, once again announces continuous growth with the release of 13 new products in Q1 2023. The latest additions to Hikvision’s lineup of emerging security technologies are all developed to meet the market’s demand for security products that deliver high-performance, reliable operation, and extreme value.
“We are very pleased to see the demands of our security partners and their customers personified in our ever-evolving product lineup that encompasses AI, ColorVu, convenient kits and much more, delivering value for dealers,” said John Xiao, Vice President of Marketing, Hikvision USA. “These latest releases also underscore Hikvision’s commitment to achieving true physical-cybersecurity convergence through the development of comprehensive solutions that address a variety of market needs.”
Hikvision’s Q1 2023 product release highlights include the following:
In January, Hikvision announced the addition of two new ColorVu camera series into its product lineup. These innovative, low-light cameras join Hikvision’s existing ColorVu lineup that utilizes advanced image processing algorithms and built-in lighting to provide color images even in the darkest environments. The new 7 Series ColorVu Dual Light Cameras employ Hikvision’s impressive AI analytic technologies to gain insights, find patterns, and discover relationships in the data to redefine and enhance security systems. The new 8 MP Dome ColorVu Camera also provides colorful imaging with advanced F1.0 lenses, high-performance sensors, and efficient H.265+ video compression technology.
Hikvision introduced a new Unmanaged Hi-PoE and Smart Managed Gigabit PoE Switches for unmatched convenience, performance, and security. Available in a selection of port sizes and speeds, the new Gigabit Unmanaged Hi-PoE Switches are layer-2, providing advanced PoE power supply technology and high performance Gigabit network design to ensure stable data upload. These switches also support Hi-PoE, long-range, port isolation, and PoE watchdog functions. Also new to the lineup is the Smart Managed 48-Port Gigabit PoE Switch. This solution is easy to deploy, monitor and expand your security system anytime and anywhere with Hikvision software platforms.
Hikvision is also pleased to announce two new kits joining its line of ColorVu products. These bundled kits are easy-to-install solutions with quality cameras and NVR/eSSD DVR features. The new 4 MP 4/8/16 channel 4 MP Turret IP Kit with ColorVu is available in three different models and captures high-quality, full-color video 24/7 to protect people and property at night with the same sharp rendering as daylight.
