Indeed, utilizing Hikvision's broad range of product lines for all different market sectors, ranging from SMB to large-scale projects and distinct brand recognition, Digital Focus has been able to penetrate into more project markets, such as city surveillance.

Prajaksoot believes that Hikvision has established itself as a strong brand with quality products, and all at a competitive price. Now, with Hikvision well on the road to passing UL standards, Digital Focus believes that Hikvision will be able to compete with other global big brands, thereby winning over government projects.

Overall, like other distributors, Digital Focus has similarly turned their focus over to total solutions. The company understands that it's not just a box-moving market anymore, and it's definitely not an easy market anymore either. Another solution they are trending towards is hiring and training more technical persons, in order to gain better technical knowledge.

Other product focuses that Digital Focus is putting an emphasis on is on the IP total solutions side, where the company has recently partnered with Honeywell in distributing their Black series IP access controls bundled with other IP solutions across Thailand.
