Panasonic Siew Sales has seen a slow yet consistent growth in the Thai market this year. Before 2013, a large part of their revenue came from commercial sectors. Thailand is the best selling country for Panasonic Siew Sales in this region, with approximately 30 to 40 percent of the company's revenue from outside of Bangkok. According to Ranee Sitthikaew, Senior Department Manager for Panasonic Siew Sales, the company aims to grow 10 percent from last year.

The recent government political climate has slightly affected Panasonic. In 2013, the company expanded their market to government projects, but with the new policy, all new projects will be reviewed, resulting in delays and even halting project construction. The company, therefore, was also influenced at that time.

Panasonic Siew Sales is also aiming to produce products at competitive prices to compete with local brands, and also brands from Taiwan and China.

In the past, Panasonic Siew Sales was a strong brand in the analog video surveillance market, but as IP cameras are growing more popular, the company is focusing on making their IP solutions stand out by adding unique features to their products, such as analytic software, super wide dynamic view, and two-way audio.

Recently, Panasonic Siew Sales plans to turn their focus over to explore more opportunities in retail and the SMB sector in addition to continuing their government projects and B2B sectors. Overall, Sitthikaew expects the market to be better in 2015. The company is working on expanding their markets to the borders of Thailand for the upcoming AEC in 2015. Panasonic Thailand will be servicing Laos, while Panasonic Singapore will be servicing Myanmar and Cambodia.
