Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has unveiled an adventure park in one of its significant developments in Central Luzon.

Alviera, a mixed-use development is designed to be a “green township” in Porac, Pampanga, covering 1,125-hectare and is close to the Clark Airport and Subic Freeport. It will feature schools, outdoor parks, a commercial center, and work spaces, as well as a hotel, country club and residential developments.

One of the highlight is the adventure park, Sandbox.

Albert Ong, Operations Manager of SandBox sad that while some facilities of SandBox are ready to go, such as the zip line, challenge course, giant swing, playground, pump track, and all-terrain vehicle ride, some such as the golf course and roller coaster zip line are still under construction.

"This is definitely one of the most significant developments of Ayala Land. I think this is one of the most significant launches in 2014," Ong said.

The company is also finalizing deals with both local and Manila-based schools in hope to open 2 schools/campuses in Alviera.

A Seda hotel is also planned for Alviera, although there is no timetable yet.
