Tenants include Rustan's Supermarket; fashion and beauty stores Desigual, Beauty Bar, Hush Puppies, Philip Stein, Swarovski and Victorinox; and food and dining establishments Azurro Bistro and Restaurant, Early Bird Breakfast Club, Pepper Lunch, Starbucks Coffee, TWG Tea, Mochi Sweets and US burger chain CaliBurger.
The developer expects to break even by 2024.

The general reception during our soft launch last month showed that people are very much open to new retail concepts and are excited to see a public space that is architecturally distinct,” said GM Graham Coates.
