Vinacapital will begin constructing on the Han River the biggest trade centre in the central city, at a total investment of $95 million.
A source from Vinacapital confirmed yesterday that the project, scheduled to start in the second half of this year, will include a seven-storey trade building, a 32-storey hotel and apartments.
According to Le Minh Phuc, general director of Vinacapital in Da Nang, the trade centre will be completed in 2015.
Phuc said that since 2006, Vinacapital has invested $200 million in a beach resort, a golf course and an apartment complex in the central city.
The real estate developer had inaugurated a 34-storey apartment building, the Azura project, on the Han River in 2012.
