Consumer Caring Scheme is designed to honor local companies that are able to demonstrate distinguished consumer care and spirit in striving for excellence in high-quality products and services. TeleEye was evaluated against seven core consumer caring values comprising: consumer care, sincerity, commitment, product quality and safety assurance, service quality, understanding of consumer behaviors, and caring for employees. The results were measured according to the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR), a recognized business best practice. TeleEye had achieved an overall passing score and was recognized as “Consumer Caring Company” in 2013.
