Ayala Land, a diverse property developer in the Philippines known for building large-scale and mixed-use communities such as the Makati Central Business District, Bonifacio Global City, Alabang Business District, Cebu Park District and Nuvali township, again topped the polls in the 9th annual global real estate survey conducted by Euromoney magazine. The company ranked No. 1 as Best Overall Developer in the Philippines and took the top spot in Residential, Leisure and Hotel, Office and Business sectors, such as Best Managed Companies in Asia 2013.
