Supra, a global provider of key management solutions, announced major enhancements to its eKEY app, including "data at the door," agent alerts and Apple Watch access for keyboxes. Supra is also introducing the all-new Home Tour app for buyers, allowing them to search listings, rate showings, track favorites and provide instant feedback to agents who use the eKEY Professional service. The refreshed Supra eKEY app provides agents with a single solution for easy property access, real-time data and better showing experiences for home buyers. New features in the eKEY app include “data at the door,” which displays important listing information when the agent opens a keybox, plus agent alerts and the ability to open keyboxes with an Apple Watch.
“The enhanced eKEY app gives real estate agents added convenience and information. This enables them to deliver a level of service that stays a step ahead of home buyers’ needs and expectations,” said Casey Fale, general manager, Supra. “In addition, the new Home Tour app lets agents build stronger connections with their home-buying clients through a value-added service.”
To accommodate all needs, there are two levels of eKEY service. Supra’s eKEY Basic turns a smartphone, tablet or Apple Watch into a lockbox key while retrieving listings and delivering real-time wireless access to showing information. For more options, eKEY Professional offers all basic-level features plus the ability to invite clients to join the Supra Home Tour app, which enables buyers to search listings, rate homes and rooms during showings, track their favorites, and share feedback with friends and family. That feedback is automatically captured and displayed for the agent in the eKEY Professional app.
Agents using eKEY Professional also can view and search Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings and agent rosters – even offline. Users can easily connect with other agents and create real-time property notes for the buyer’s agent. “The entire Supra system helps agents drive success and close sales faster,” said Fale. The eKEY app works with Supra’s iBox BT LE keybox, which includes a large key container that can hold both gate cards and keys.
Supra released its first lockbox system in 1955. Since then, real estate associations and MLS organizations across North America have implemented the eKEY system on millions of homes.
