Intesis will be present at Light + Building 2016 showing its main novelties for its brands IntesisBox, IntesisHome and HouseinHand. Two main novelties that Intesis announces for this year are: the new KNX universal air conditioning gateway and a brand new BACnet KNX gateway.

For IntesisBox they introduce a new generation of the BACnet KNX gateway, completely renovated and more powerful. This new product inherits the best features of its predecessor and incorporates new and interesting functionalities. Among them: full B-AAC profile on the BACnet side, full support for standard KNX DPTs and the possibility of importing the KNX project from ETS. LED indicators with relevant state information and USB console port located on the front for an easy connection, a new configuration software completely redesigned and an USB host port to connect an external memory stick and store the operation logs without having to connect it to a computer.

Intesis also introduces the new universal air conditioning gateway IS-IR-KNX-1, compatible with more than 40 different air conditioning brands. This gateway stands out as the only one in the market that offers control and monitoring of the climate system. The device is installed next to the Air Conditioner and sends commands using infrared codes. Thanks to a built-in infrared receiver, it can also capture the changes made by the user through the own AC IR remote controller and show them in KNX. Another feature of this new gateway is its easy configuration, done through ETS using a simple plugin. This configuration can be downloaded via USB or via KNX TP1. Moreover, the new IS-IR-KNX-1 is powered from the KNX bus directly. All these advantages allow a quick setup of the device.

In addition to the new BACNet KNX and the universal air conditioning gateway, Intesis also presents further innovations at the Light + Building, i.e. the IntesisHome APP for Apple Watch, the VoiceOver Support for IntesisHome APP for IOS, as well as the new whole range of IntesisBox WiFi gateways for air conditioning allowing an easy integration of multi-brand and multi-model air conditioners in any home automation system using a simple local protocol over IP. You can meet Intesis team and get more information in hall 9, stand A88 at the Messe Frankfurt.
