The Belgian company ONE Smart Control has been building on the technology of digitalSTROM since its foundation five years ago. Both companies will strengthen their position in the complementary core markets as of Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Turkey and the MEA region.
The existing offers, products and services of both companies complement each other, which creates attractive added value for the customers and partners of both companies. At the same time, the merger improves the starting position for the development of new, innovative and attractive applications and products for customers as well as for partners.
