He holds a doctorate in physics as well as an executive MBA, and will head up the virtualization of our product offering and our growth in new business areas. His stated objective is to establish LEGIC as a global presence, further reinforcing the company’s progress.
Together with Christoph Beckenbauer, General Manager, and Marcel Plüss, Vice President Innovation & Technology, Daniele Rezzonico completes the LEGIC Executive Committee. Born in Ticino, he and his team of 24 people are responsible for the company’s international growth and for increasing awareness of the brand. “It is wonderful to see how we, as an SME, have succeeded in making a name for ourselves in a huge, constantly changing marketplace. A large part of LEGIC’s success is due to the Sales and Marketing team, and we are planning to position ourselves even more strongly in the international arena”, says Daniele Rezzonico.
Following a three-year period at Fluxim and seven years at Sensirion, Daniele Rezzonico decided to devote his profound expertise in semiconductors, microelectronics and smart devices to LEGIC. Before taking on his new role he was Sales Director at Sensirion for many years, and together with his team, was responsible for key account management for global consumer electronic corporates. He brings an excellent level of knowledge of our market and his leadership abilities to his role as the new member of the LEGIC Executive Committee.
