Nedap’s Israeli business partner Orad has signed an agreement with the Israeli Diamond Exchange (IDE) for the installation of a technologically advanced security system in order to replace their current systems.
The project includes a central command and control system, completely integrated biometric access control solutions and an alarm handling system. In addition Orad is also to upgrade the entire communications infrastructure on the premises to ensure optimal network availability and full redundancy. In order to meet IDE's stringent security requirements, Orad will use Nedap AEOS as the core system and interface it with the command and control platform as well as the intrusion alarm system.
Fingerprint identification will be coupled with Nedap AEOS as a verification method to ensure authorized employees/visitors may enter the premises quickly and securely. This is a unique solution, and the largest biometric security application in Israel.
