Zaplox and Via Systems are happy to announce that they have entered into a partner cooperation. The partnership means that Zaplox solution is integrated with Picasso PMS and that Via System will market and sell Zaplox solution to its customers in Scandinavia.
Via System will offer Zaplox Mobile Guest Journey as an integrated solution to the approximately 850 hotels currently using Picasso PMS. Zaplox and Via System now offer Via Systems connected hotels, estimated at approximately 60,000 doors, check-in, mobile keys and check-out via the mobile phone.
Mobile check-in, mobile keys, and mobile check-out are central to a Mobile Guest Journey. Today, approximately 50% of all travel bookings are done via mobile phone and it is a natural step for the guest to continue to use the mobile to check in at the hotel, open the door with the key in the mobile phone and to check out and pay their stay.
